v0.1.4 released!

I've pushed a small update for Legally Distinct, Planetary Based, Suika Game Clone for Playdate today that includes the following:

• Improved optimisation enough to allow "non-active" balls to update 33% faster.
• Added launch animation
• Bugfix for crank positioning when moving slowly to the right, hat-tip to cwalther

All small changes but definitely welcome ones. "non-active" balls are those that have dropped and stopped moving. You might have noticed that when these balls become active again, thy move at about 25% speed, this looks like lag.

In reality its an optimisation method to make this game run smoothly on the tiny power of the playdate. I found some more optimisation in the game so that the balls now move at 33% speed, not a huge difference, but noticeably better.
